"Id give less than 1 star if i could...I personally do not have a policy with this company. (Editing because they tried to look up my policy).I would avoid using this office to anyone looking for insurance. If you are in a car accident, you will end up doing all the footwork, even if the accident is not your fault. I have edited to a more calm, rational review. I still encourage people to use any other source for their insurance. Claims here are not handled appropriately or in a timely manner. And I do hope Google contacts me if they question this review because there is no confusion as to the situation."
